| Obverse description | Printed in dark violet-brown on rose-pink paper, the obverse carries the denomination '50' in large Gothic numerals at upper centre, flanked by the inscriptions 'Fünfzig' to the left and 'Heller' to the right in ornate Fraktur lettering. A central rectangular vignette presents a panoramic townscape of Eferding dated 1920, bordered by a dotted frame; a standing male figure in period costume occupies the left margin and a seated craftsman the right.
