| Obverse description | Lilac-toned Notgeld note with two oval vignettes flanking a central denomination panel: the left vignette shows a castle or manor house with trees in a landscape setting, while the right vignette presents a village church and surrounding buildings viewed from above. The denomination '50 Heller' is inscribed in bold blackletter script within a decorative rectangular frame at centre, bordered by a repeating chain-and-rosette guilloche surround. Scroll-form ribbon banners at top and bottom carry the issuer name in Gothic lettering, and the designer's signature 'H. Hetzinger' appears in the lower-right margin. |

| Reverse lettering | Die Gemeinde Attnang-Puchheim gibt auf Grund des Gemeindeausschußsitzungsbeschlusses vom 20. März 1920 Notgeld aus und haftet für die Einlösung mit ihrem gesamten Aktivvermögen. Die Gutscheine werden in der Zeit vom 1. bis einschließlich 30. April 1921 in gesetzlichem Bargelde eingelöst. Nachahmung wird gesetzlich bestraft. Der Bürgermeisterstellvertreter: Alois Weeder.
