| Obverse description | Plain cream paper note printed in dark brown ink throughout, enclosed within a decorative chain-link border. The heading 'Gutschein der Gemeinde Andrichsfurt' is set in Gothic blackletter type at the top, with the large denomination numeral '50' and 'Heller' centred in the middle field. To the left, a redemption clause states the municipality will exchange the note for legal tender; to the right, the validity date of 30 September 1920 and an anti-counterfeiting warning are printed. At the foot, the date '14. Mai 1920' is flanked by the facsimile signatures of M. Hatzmann as deputy mayor (Bg.-Stellvertreter) and Josef Fuchs as Bürgermeister. |
