Obverse description Printed in rose-red on white paper, the obverse presents a central vignette of the village of Pucking with a church tower and rural buildings set among trees, rendered in fine letterpress line engraving. A lower border vignette contains agricultural implements, vegetables, and produce arranged as a harvest scene, flanked by scrollwork corner ornaments. The issuer inscription appears in Gothic blackletter across the top, with large bold numeral denominators '50' overprinted in black at left and right, and the word 'Heller' inscribed in banderole form at lower left.

Reverse description The reverse is printed entirely in rose-red and consists of a formal text block set within an ornate scalloped border with hatched ribbon decorations. The text, composed in Gothic script, states the municipality's authorization to issue vouchers by council resolution of 24 May 1920, the total issue amount of 30,000 Kronen, and the redemption obligation at the municipal treasury by 31 December 1920. The mayor's title 'Der Bürgermeister' appears at lower left alongside a manuscript signature, with the printer's imprint 'Druck V. Langhammer, Linz' at the lower right margin.
Reverse lettering Die Gemeinde Pucking
gibt laut Sitzungsbeschluss vom 24. Mai
1920 Gutscheine im Gesamtbetrage von
30.000 Kr. aus und haftet für die
Verbindlichkeit diesen Gutschein bis 31. Dec.
1920 bei der Gemeindekasse in gesetzlichem
Bargeld einzulösen.
Die Nachahmung dieses Scheines wird gesetzl. bestraft.
