| Obverse description | The denomination "50 Heller" is printed in large numerals at the top of the note. A central vignette in red ink renders a stooped farmer tilling the land, set against a rural landscape with a village and windswept trees in the background. A decorative rectangular border of interlocked square motifs frames the entire face, with a three-line German legal warning text at the foot reading that the expiry date will be publicly announced and that counterfeiting is punishable by law. |
