Reverse description The central field features a decorative sheaf of wheat ears bound at the centre by a ribbon, flanked symmetrically on either side by spreading branches of linden leaves in full Art Deco relief. The large denomination numeral '50' is prominently placed in the upper field above the floral composition. The engraver's signature O.ŠPANIEL appears in small letters at the lower centre of the design, just above the lower rim. The overall composition is symmetrical and ornamental, characteristic of Španiel's refined decorative approach to Czechoslovak coinage of the interwar period.
