| Obverse description | Printed in blue intaglio on white cotton paper, the obverse is enclosed within an oval guilloche border surmounted by two cherubs flanking a cartouche bearing the legal penalty clause, with circular medallion portraits of female allegorical heads in profile positioned symmetrically at left and right. The central field carries the issuer's name, the date of issue, and the denomination in large letterpress characters, with two manuscript signatures appearing below the printed titles of Caissier principal and Secrétaire général. Corner index numbers and alphanumeric serial identifiers occupy all four corners of the note. |
