| Reverse description | The reverse depicts a modern Tour de France cyclist with his fist raised in a gesture of victory, set against a detailed representation of the Arc de Triomphe on the Avenue des Champs-Élysées. To the left, a vintage cyclist rendered in wire-style engraving pays homage to the participants of the 1975 Tour de France, the first edition to finish on the Champs-Élysées. The circular contour of the coin and radiating spoke motifs evoke the form of a bicycle wheel, integrating the design concept into the coin's very shape.
