| Obverse description | Crowned and draped bust of Queen Elizabeth II facing right, wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara and a pearl necklace, rendered in high relief in the style of a modern effigy. The engraver's initials 'JC' appear below the truncation. The circular legend 'ELIZABETH II · EAST CARIBBEAN STATES' arcs around the upper periphery, while the denomination 'FIFTY DOLLARS' is inscribed along the lower border, all within a finely reeded rim. |

| Reverse description | Finely detailed left-facing bust of Liberty, her hair elaborately coiled and adorned with a tiara inscribed 'LIBERTY', wheat ears, floral sprigs, and feathers — evoking the classical 'Silver Dollar Girl' design tradition. Thirteen five-pointed stars are arranged in a ring around the inner field. The motto 'E · PLURIBUS · UNUM' arcs across the upper legend, the engraver's initials 'JC' appear discreetly in the lower field, and the date '2021' is inscribed at the bottom exergue. |

| Additional information |
The "Silver Dollar Girl" design originated as a long-running advertising icon for the Eastern Caribbean Currency Authority before the ECCB absorbed monetary functions across the eight-member island states. The $50 gold issue frames her within a collector series that has leaned heavily on regional cultural imagery since the 2010s — a deliberate strategy by the ECCB to generate numismatic revenue for member governments who otherwise have limited mint program infrastructure.
Struck at the Pobjoy Mint under license, as with most ECCB collector issues of this period.
