Reverse description At the center of the reverse, a hand-crafted Murano glass maple leaf insert in vivid autumnal tones of red, amber, and gold is set within a recessed cavity in the coin's field, creating a striking three-dimensional effect. Surrounding the central glass element, an engraved wreath of detailed high-relief maple leaves frames the entire design, extending nearly to the reeded edge. The legend '2016' and 'CANADA' arc across the upper field, while '50 DOLLARS' is inscribed in the lower field; the designer's initials 'LTK' appear to the right of the central motif.
