Reverse description The reverse displays a large central holographic insert depicting three overlapping sugar maple leaves rendered in vivid iridescent colours — blue-green, green, and red-pink — that shift dynamically with the viewing angle against a radiating prismatic background. The holographic disc is set within a polished silver field bordered by a ring of individually struck maple leaf motifs in matte relief. The inscription CANADA arcs across the upper rim, while 2015 appears at the lower left and 50 DOLLARS at the lower right, all in raised Latin lettering. The designer's initials MG appear in the lower field of the holographic insert.
