Obverse description The field features overlapping high-relief depictions of three historic American silver dollar designs, dominated by a large draped bust of Liberty facing right in the foreground, with two smaller Liberty busts arranged behind and to the upper right, each accompanied by a ring of thirteen stars and the legend LIBERTY. The dates 794 and 1794 appear in the lower portion of the field, referencing the first United States silver dollar. To the upper left, the denomination 50 DOLLARS and the year 2021 arc along the outer border, while the Czech Mint mark CM appears at lower left. The Public Seal of Niue, crowned and bearing the inscriptions PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE, ATUA, and NIUE TUKULAGI, is inset in a circular cartouche to the right of center.
