Obverse description	Bare-headed right-facing effigy of King Charles III occupies the upper central field, flanked by two five-pointed stars. Beneath the portrait, a large heraldic eagle displayed with spread wings dominates the centre, its breast bearing a shield charged with three five-pointed stars arranged in triangular formation. A sunburst radiates from behind the eagle's wings. The issuer legend COOK ISLANDS arcs along the left border and CHARLES III along the right, while the denomination 50 DOLLARS appears at the base; the fineness inscription 1/4 OZ .9999 AU is incuse at the lower left field.

Reverse description	A large, highly detailed close-up head of a bald eagle faces right in the upper central field, rendered with fine feather engraving.
