Reverse description A golden eagle (Aquila chrysaetos) depicted in dynamic low-level flight with wings fully extended, talons outstretched, and head turned sharply to the right, all rendered in finely detailed high relief. The imposing rocky massif of Kriváň, the symbolic peak of the Slovak nation in the High Tatras, rises dramatically in the background, its craggy ridgeline filling the upper field. The inscription SLOVAKIA arches along the lower periphery in bold incuse letters, partially overlaid by the eagle's body. The fineness designation 1 oz · Au 999.9 is inscribed in the upper field, and the mint mark CM together with the designer's initials mh appear to the right of the eagle's wing.
