Reverse description The reverse depicts a panoramic view of the Kuwait City skyline featuring a prominent telecommunications tower rising from the centre of the composition, flanked by a mosque with a dome and minaret to the left and a large modern governmental or civic building to the right. Decorative dotted rays radiate outward from the tower across the upper field, suggesting sunburst or firework imagery. Below the architectural panorama, the bilingual legend 'الكويت حرة' in ornate Arabic calligraphy and 'Kuwait is Free' in Latin script appear against a darkened lower register of the field.
