Comments

The State Student Center in Skopje issued meal coupons denominated in denari as part of the subsidized student canteen system that operated across Yugoslav successor states into the 1990s and beyond. These are not banknotes in any monetary sense — they functioned as internal scrip, valid only within the Center's dining facilities and carrying no exchange value outside that system.

Collector interest is thin but real. Institutional scrip of this kind was routinely discarded after use, and surviving examples in any condition are harder to locate than their modest face value suggests.
