Reverse description The reverse is entirely typographic in design, with all inscriptions arranged in horizontal lines across the field. The circular peripheral legend 'GREATER PONTIAC CENTENNIAL' arcs along the upper rim, while 'SOUVENIR MONEY' arcs along the lower rim, each flanked by a five-pointed star. The large denomination '50¢' dominates the upper central field beneath the legend 'GOOD FOR', followed by 'IN TRADE' in spaced capitals. Below, a multi-line redemption notice in smaller lettering states the token's acceptance terms and expiration date of noon, June 17, 1961.
