| Reverse description | A naturalistic spray of forget-me-not flowers (Myosotis) fills the central field, with the blossoms selectively gold-plated in a warm yellow tone contrasting against the frosted silver leaves and stems rendered in relief. Smaller unplated floral buds on delicate stems appear in the upper background, adding depth and botanical detail to the composition. The designer's initials CP appear to the right of centre, and the date 2007 is inscribed in an elegant script along the lower right field. This reverse is the sixth and final design in the Royal Canadian Mint's Golden Flowers series, combining selective gold plating with a proof silver finish. |
