| Obverse description | The obverse of this rectangular bar-format coin features, in the upper portion, a raised circular inset bearing the Fijian coat of arms, depicting two indigenous warriors as supporters flanking a quartered shield surmounted by a British lion, with the national motto 'Rerevaka na Kalou ka Doka na Tui' inscribed on a scroll beneath. The country name 'FIJI' appears above the coat of arms, while the denomination '50 CENTS' and date '2021' are inscribed diagonally to the right of the circular device. The lower field presents the inscriptions '100g COIN', 'FINE SILVER', and '999,9' in bold relief lettering, beneath which appears a detailed engraving of a traditional Fijian outrigger sailing canoe (drua).
