| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in dark brown on plain paper, with the issuer name underlined by a double rule at the top and the municipal coat of arms of Montblanc positioned centrally above the main text. The body of the note carries the full authorizing inscription in Catalan within a simple perimeter frame, identifying this as a bearer obligation of the City Council. The date of issue, 8 June 1937, appears within the body text. |
