| Obverse description | The obverse displays the Sello de Hacienda, one of Paraguay's two official national coats of arms, centrally positioned within the field. A circular legend reading REPUBLICA DEL PARAGUAY surrounds the device, while the national motto PAZ Y JUSTICIA appears at the base.
