Obverse description The Royal Arms of Cambodia occupies the central field, featuring the emblematic preah khan (sacred sword) and a ceremonial urn or preah phum pedestal surmounted by a multi-tiered prasat tower with radiating rays, flanked by two crossed royal standards bearing ornate pennants. The composition is framed by a wreath of laurel branches tied at the base with a floral rosette. A circular legend in Khmer script surrounds the design along the inner rim, all enclosed within a rope-pattern border.
