Reverse description The central device displays the Royal Arms of Cambodia: a tiered prasat tower surmounted by a radiating sunburst, flanked by two crossed ceremonial swords, all enclosed within a wreath of laurel branches. A circular Khmer legend surrounds the central device, running along both sides of the field. The denomination · 50 CENTIMES · is inscribed in Latin characters along the lower periphery, separated by decorative pellets. The whole is enclosed by a toothed border consistent with the obverse.
