| Obverse description | Printed in ochre-orange tones on plain paper, the obverse is framed by a guilloche-patterned laurel-wreath border. At the upper centre, the municipal coat of arms of La Roche-sur-Yon is set within an ornate cartouche flanked by olive and oak branches, with the interlaced 'RF' monogram at upper left and right corners. Two agricultural vignettes flank the central text panel: to the left, a peasant woman sowing seed in a field, and to the right, a figure harvesting with cattle; the denomination 'BON DE CINQUANTE CENTIMES' is inscribed in large letterpress type at centre, above spaces for the manuscript signatures of the Président and Trésorier, with the series letter and serial number below. |

The entire field is occupied by a redemption guarantee text in a flowing cursive script letterpress, stating that the bons will be exchanged in multiples of ten against Banque de France notes and that repayment is secured by an equal-value deposit at the Banque de France in the name of the Chamber of Commerce. The year '1915' appears at the bottom centre within a small foliate ornament. A faint blue control stamp is visible at left centre. |
