| Reverse description | Brown and ochre letterpress reverse centred on a panoramic vignette of the fortified headland and harbour front of Granville viewed from the sea, with buildings and ramparts rendered in fine line engraving. An ornate floral and ribbon border frames the design, with circular medallions at each side bearing the denomination '0,50' in bold numerals. A framed cartouche at top centre carries the validity dates '1915 / 1920', and the redemption notice is set in two lines of capitals at the foot of the note. |
