| Reverse description | Cream-toned reverse printed in dark brown, dominated by an elaborate scrollwork and acanthus-leaf guilloche frame enclosing an oval central field carrying the denomination '50 Centimes' in large outlined numerals. Three small circular medallion vignettes, each containing a classical female portrait bust, are set at the top centre and at the lateral midpoints of the frame. The redemption notice and deadline date are inscribed in the lower portion of the central oval, and a circular red ink stamp of the Chambre de Commerce de Dijon bearing the municipal coat of arms is applied at the foot. |
