| Reverse description | The reverse is printed in blue on the same salmon-orange guilloche underprint, enclosed within an ornate rectangular border with foliate corner cartouches bearing the denomination "50c" and interlaced monogram devices. The issuer's name appears in a bold panel at the top, beneath which the deliberation and ministerial authorisation dates are stated in two lines. A large central denomination "50 CENTIMES" dominates the upper half, flanked by the validity years "1917" and "1922" in circular cartouches; the municipal coat of arms of Cahors is centred below, surrounded by bilingual redemption text. An anti-counterfeiting warning panel runs along the lower border, with the printer's imprint below. |
