| Obverse description | Brown letterpress on a light green guilloche underprint composed of repeated text forming a fine textile-like pattern. The heading "CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE BAYONNE" arches across the top, below which the deliberation date is inscribed. Two ornate baroque cartouches at left and right each contain the denomination numeral "50c", flanking the large central value inscription "50 CENTIMES". Signature lines for Le Trésorier and Le Président appear in the lower centre, with the series designation at lower left and the serial number at lower right. A note at the bottom centre reads "Échangeable contre des billets de la Banque de France". |
