| Obverse description | Green on white unprinted paper. The face carries a guilloche border framing the denomination title CINQUANTE CENTIMES in bold letterpress across the upper portion, with bilingual text in French and Arabic throughout. The decree date of 27 April 1918 (16 Redjeb 1336) is stated at centre, flanked by series and serial number designations at upper left and right respectively. Two manuscript signature lines appear in the lower section, attributed to the Trésorier Général de Tunisie at left and the Directeur Général des Finances at right, with printer and engraver credits at the foot margins. |

At centre, a large circular official stamp impression bears the arms of the Régence de Tunis within a double-ring legend reading PROTECTORAT FRANÇAIS – RÉGENCE DE TUNIS. Corner vignettes carry the denomination numeral 50, and the lower border repeats the PROTECTORAT FRANÇAIS inscription. |
