| Obverse description | Red letterpress on cream paper within an ornate scrollwork border. The municipal coat of arms of Montauban is set in an oval cartouche at upper left, flanked by a monogram, with the issuer's title and deliberation date printed above the large central denomination numeral '50 Centimes'. Signature lines for the Trésorier and the Président appear below the denomination, flanking a printed serial number, with the redemption clause and date '15 Décembre 1914' at the foot. |
