Reverse description Central device is the crowned Savoy coat of arms — a quartered shield bearing the white cross of Savoy on a red field, encircled by the collar of the Order of the Annunciation — displayed prominently in the center of the field. The shield is flanked by two symmetrical olive and oak branches tied at the base with a ribbon bow. The circular legend REGNO D'ITALIA arcs around the upper periphery, while the denomination C. 50 (rendered as N G. 50 reflecting the mint mark and value) appears in the lower exergual area. A fine beaded border frames the entire design.
