| Obverse description | Central design features a large stylized sunburst or agave plant radiating bold, deeply struck rays from a central boss, filling the majority of the field. The curved legend FUERZAS CONSTITUCIONALISTAS arcs around the upper portion of the coin, while the date 1913 appears in the lower field beneath the central motif. The overall design is bold and utilitarian in character, consistent with the emergency coinage of the Mexican Revolution issued by the Constitutionalist Forces. The coin's reeded border is visible at the periphery. |
