| Reverse description | Host coin design: Draped bust of Liberty facing left, wearing a Phrygian cap with the inscription LIBERTY on the headband, her hair rendered in flowing curls descending to her draped shoulder. Thirteen six-pointed stars encircle the portrait, seven to the left and six to the right, representing the original thirteen states of the Union. The date, slightly curved, appears in the lower exergue beneath the portrait. This design corresponds to the Capped Bust type produced at the United States Mint between 1807 and 1836. |
