Series 13 spans an eleven-year run, but the individual signature combinations on P#90 tell a more granular story — different Finance Minister and Governor pairings mark distinct issue windows within the series, and certain combinations are considerably scarcer than others. Note Printing Australia, the Reserve Bank of Australia's printing subsidiary, held the contract for this series, one of several Southeast Asian central bank relationships the Melbourne facility maintained through the 1980s and 1990s.
The "Printed: 30.04.1945" field in the source data is clearly erroneous — the printer did not exist under that name until decades later. Disregard it.
