| Obverse description | Central vignette of King Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX) in the uniform of Supreme Commander overlaid with ceremonial robes, positioned at centre. The watermark window carries a portrait of H.R.H. Princess Mother Somdej Phra Srinakarindra Boromrajajonani together with an electrotype numeral '90' in Thai script, both especially translucent. A commemorative legend printed in blue beneath the watermark zone records the 90th birthday of the Princess Mother; the banknote was notified on 19 September 1990 and issued on 22 October 1990. |
