Obverse description The left panel carries a vertical column of four heraldic shields — the arms of Düren, Euskirchen, Jülich, and Stolberg — rendered in dark blue letterpress within a decorative guilloche border. The right field presents a fine ochre-toned underprint of interlocking rosette and text patterns, over which the large denomination '50000 Mark' is set in bold Gothic typeface at the top, followed by a block of German Gothic script stating the Reichsschatzanweisungen guarantee, the accepting authorities, and the date 'Düren, Euskirchen, Jülich, Stolberg-Eschweiler, 15. Febr. 1923'. The series designation and a red serial number appear at upper centre, with manuscript signatures of the Landräte, Kreisausschüsse members, Vereinigung der Industriellen von Düren u. Umgegend e.V., and Handelskammer Stolberg below.

Reverse description The reverse is printed throughout in dark blue-black on plain paper and is organised around an elaborate guilloche composition: five large concentric rosette vignettes of varying sizes are arranged in a horizontal band across the centre, with the bold numeral '50000' set in white relief within the central rosette cluster. The entire field is overlaid with a dense typographic underprint of repeating place-name text — 'Düren-Euskirchen', 'Jülich-Stolberg', 'Eschweiler' — forming horizontal bands across the surface, while a fine lace-pattern guilloche border in the same ink frames the note on all four sides.
