No institution called the Banco de Cabinda is recognized as a legitimate central bank or authorized currency issuer. Cabinda is an Angolan exclave; Angola's currency authority is the Banco Nacional de Angola, which issues the kwanza. A 50-billion-real denomination would also place this outside any real Brazilian monetary series — Brazil's hyperinflationary cruzeiro reais were retired in 1994 at conversion rates that made such figures nominally plausible, but no reissue followed. This item is almost certainly a novelty or fantasy piece with no monetary history to document.
