| Obverse description | Letterpress Notgeld note printed in teal and black over a dense guilloche underprint, with the municipal coats of arms of the four issuing towns arranged laterally across the field. The central denomination 'Fünfzig Milliarden Mark' is set in bold Gothic blackletter type, below which the issue date of 1 November 1923 and the names of the four co-issuing municipalities appear; series letter 'Lit. B' and serial number are placed in the upper corners, with the numeral '50 000 000 000' repeated vertically along both side margins. The lower portion carries four printed Bürgermeister signature lines with titles, one for each of the participating town administrations. |
