| Obverse description | Predominantly olive-brown on a pale underprint, with a portrait vignette of Bosnian Serb writer Petar Kočić at left, his birth and death years noted vertically alongside. The centre bears the large numeral denomination over an oval guilloche rosette, flanked by an elaborate interlocking scroll guilloche pattern to the right. The issuing authority legend appears at top, with the place of issue, date, and Governor's signature panel at lower right; an anti-counterfeiting legend runs along the bottom margin. |

The Narodna Banka Republike Srpske produced this note during the catastrophic hyperinflation of 1993 that consumed the Yugoslav successor states — the Serbian Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina was printing denominations that would have been unthinkable two years earlier. This 50 billion dinara note was prepared but never formally released into circulation, making it a genuine non-issued remainder rather than a note withdrawn after the fact.
Printing in Banja Luka under wartime conditions was a logistical achievement in itself. That the note exists at all is the more interesting fact.
