Obverse description At centre, within a recessed circular field, the Polish state eagle displayed, serving as the national emblem of the Republic of Poland. Directly below the eagle, the mint mark 'MW' appears to the lower right of the device. A semicircular legend around the upper rim reads RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA, while the denomination 5 ZŁOTYCH is inscribed in a semicircular arrangement along the lower rim, flanked by pellets on either side. The year of issue, 2026, is inscribed in a semicircular arc beneath the eagle. The bimetallic construction creates a distinct visual contrast between the aluminium bronze centre and the copper-nickel outer ring.
