| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in green tones on a guilloche underprint ground, with the title inscription BILET PAŃSTWOWY in a decorative banner at the top. At centre, a large octagonal vignette encloses a portrait of a woman in profile facing left, flanked on either side by large numeral 5s; floral and foliate ornaments fill the lateral margins.
