| Reverse description | Central vignette of the National Assembly building in Kinshasa rendered in fine intaglio engraving, set within an elaborate oval guilloche border. Below the architectural vignette a symmetrical guilloche rosette is centred on the note, with denomination numerals "5" and "500" each enclosed in dark oval cartouches at lower left and lower right respectively. The right half of the note carries a large circular underprint rosette in yellow and pink with geometric patterning, and floral guilloche ornaments appear in the upper and lower right corners. The printer's imprint appears at lower right. |
