Obverse description Central view of the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests (Qi Niandian) at the Temple of Heaven in Beijing, depicted in fine detail with its distinctive triple-eaved circular roof and surrounding ceremonial steps and balustrades. The Chinese legend 中华人民共和国 (People's Republic of China) arcs across the upper field, while the date 1995 appears in the lower exergue. The architectural rendering is rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished field.
