Reverse description The central field features a sculptural scene illustrating the Fourth Commandment, depicting two kneeling figures presenting a child to a standing robed elder, rendered in high relief against a stippled field evoking a night sky. An inner decorative border of fine ornamental scrollwork frames the scene. The outer legend HONORA PATREM TUUM ET MATREM TUAM arcs along the upper rim, with the English translation Honor your father and mother inscribed in cursive script beneath it. In the lower exergue, the designation IV. Lex appears above a depiction of the two Tablets of the Law engraved with Roman numerals I through X, flanked by decorative sprays, with the date 2012 at the base.
