Reverse description The central field depicts a detailed allegorical scene illustrating the First Commandment: a figure kneels in worship before a golden calf idol set upon an altar, flanked by candles and crosses, evoking the biblical narrative of idolatry. The inner legend I am the Lord your God curves through the upper field. The circumferential legend NON HABEBIS DEOS ALIENOS CORAM ME (the First Commandment in Latin) runs along the outer border, framed by an ornamental beaded ring. In the lower exergue, two stone tablets bearing the Roman numeral divisions of the Ten Commandments flank the inscription I. Lex and the date 2012.
