Obverse description Right-facing draped effigy of Queen Elizabeth II wearing the George IV State Diadem, a drop earring, and a necklace, after the portrait by Raphael David Maklouf, whose initials RDM appear below the truncation. The portrait is set against a mirror-polished field and surrounded by a border composed of intermittent groups of three raised dots.
