| Obverse description | Draped bust of Venerable Welivitta Sri Saranankara Sangharaja Mahimi facing slightly left, depicted in traditional Buddhist monastic robes and holding a ceremonial fan, occupying the central field. The numeral 250 appears below the portrait, flanked by curved inner legends in Sinhala and Tamil scripts commemorating the Syamopasampada ordination anniversary.
