| Obverse description | Central field bears the royal name and titles of Amir Habibullah Khan in elegant Naskh Arabic script, arranged in three horizontal lines within a dotted inner circle. The legend is flanked on both sides by finely detailed olive or laurel branches tied at the base, forming a wreath frame. Three five-pointed stars appear at the top of the inner circle above the legend. The overall composition is formal and heraldic in character, consistent with Afghan coinage of the early twentieth century. |
