Additional information

Antarctica issues no currency and has no monetary authority — these "Vostok Station" pieces are fantasy items with no governmental backing, produced by private mints targeting the novelty collector market. Vostok Station itself is a genuine Russian research base in East Antarctica, notable for sitting above one of the largest subglacial lakes on the planet, but it has issued no coinage and authorized none.

The zirconium composition is the selling point here, not the issuer.
