Obverse description Printed in black on white paper, the obverse carries a central guilloche rosette vignette to the left with the numeral '5' superimposed upon it. The upper portion bears multi-line Cyrillic text identifying the USSR Ministry of Coal Industry and the Arktikugol Trust, with the trust name set in large bold letters at centre. Reverse description Printed in light blue, the reverse is dominated by a central guilloche underprint of intricate lathe-work forming an oval medallion pattern.
